One of the best. Really knows how to break down the moves so I can understand it. If you are in Winston Salem go to Eight Points, you wont be disappointed.

Awesome coach and trainer. One of the top two professional fighters and trainers in North Carolina. Will do anything to help you and will bust his ass to make you better. I've been training with him for about 3 years and he has taught me basically everything I know about Muay Thai. I wouldn't train with anyone else.

Not only is Chris the best trainer I have ever worked with but he traines my entire family including my almost 4 year old. He understands what each person regardless of age or sex needs and helps develope that. He is also just a great human being.

I've been doing muay thai a little over a year now under Chris's teaching and I never thought I would have come this far. Not only do I love it but my first muay thai fight is on the horizon as well. He is professional but also passionate, and he's a beautiful technical fighter. It's most important that your trainer has the experience along with the knowledge. Christopher encompasses both.

I once saw Chris save a kitten from a tree by chopping it down with a leg kick.

I tried out many gyms in the area and thought they were all OK, but after 30 minutes with Chris I knew I had to join his gym. Chris is absolutely one of the most engaging, knowledgeable and motivating instructors you will find in NC, if not the entire country. His record in Pro Muay Thai and MMA speaks for itself but Chris's best talent is coaching and the only way to experience that is in person. There are plenty of students who drive over an hour to get to our gym when they have other options much closer by, which I think speaks for itself.

Places to train are a dime a dozen lets face it. You can throw a rock and hit a gym. But you would be hard pressed to find one with the same caliber of teaching and expertise in Muay Thai as Eight Points Muay Thai. If you are looking for somewhere that you get top notch teaching by someone who will treat you with the utmost respect whether you are aspiring to be a pro fighter or you are just looking to learn something new this is your place. I just can't say enough good things!

He was my second Muay Thai coach, and he taught me more in one week than I learned in 5 months at the other gym. His love for Muay Thai shows in every class. Even though I have moved, I still remember his training and have impressed my new gym with my technique and knowledge.

Kru Chris Clodfelter genuinely loves Muay Thai as a sport, an art form and a way of life. He's a patient teacher and superior coach. He pushes you to your limits, and lets you push yourself beyond them. Chris treats everyone with care and respect. He's not above bringing in other instructors to help all of us become better in everything we do at Eight Points. I've lost 80 pounds in the last 9 months and love everything that Kru Clodfelter brings to the gym every single day.
